SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. In those CRIS systems that require separate accounts to be established for each Service Area, the FID WHA must be used when there is overflow involvement between the accounts.  WHA should be used only when CRIS systems are unable to process multiple classes of service on an account.
  2. The account containing the lead or first WATS number of the overflow configuration contains the data HT (Hunting To) and the billing number(s) of the other account(s) containing a part of the overflow configuration, e.g., WHA HT M34-8432.  The account(s) being "overflowed to" contains the data HF (Hunting From) and the bill number(s) of the lead or first WATS number(s) of the overflow configuration, e.g., HF F62-5111.  This permits a cross reference of all billing accounts which are affected when the overflow configuration is changed.  It also allows CRIS to pass the correct data to WIS (WATS Information System) by using the HT or HF information to "tie" the overflow accounts together.
  3. When there is more than one "branch" account overflowing into one account, each of the "branch" account numbers is listed following the HF data entry, e.g., a Y overflow configuration.
