FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The WLRN FID is used to provide subscriber routing information when the subscriber's TN is associated with number portability. Although the WLRN value is, in fact, drawn from valid NPA-NXX-XXXX number space, it has been specifically selected by Number Administration to represent a geographic/rate center area (perhaps serving many NXXs within the NPA) served by a specific switch. Check with your local Number Administration for valid values.
