SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This FID is used to designate the type of winback and whether the winback is complete or partial.  A complete winback means that all originally ported out telephone numbers for this customer account are returning to the ILEC.  A partial winback means that only some of the originally ported out telephone numbers are being returned.
   
   If Element 1 is used alone, the winback is assumed to be complete.  If used in combination with other Elements, then partial winback is indicated and the status of the telephone numbers not being returned is provided.
