FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. T, F, X, and P order types prohibited for Access Service application.
2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. Two orders are required:  an order on the account where the equipment is working, which will use the WO FID; an order on the account to be billed, which will use the BTO FID (Billed To Other Account Number).
2. In memorandum record order situations, this FID also includes the Revenue Accounting Office, Accounting Control Office, or Independent Company that has the memorandum record.
3. The use of Element 5 should be limited to accounts that have existed prior to Divestiture.
4. For Access Services, the use of Element 6 should be limited to accounts that have existed prior to, or not been converted to Meetpoint Billing.
