FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

Element 1 is required with every CKL on a multipoint Special Access service and with every CKLT other than the CKLT connected to CKL 1.
Elements 2-5 are required to identify the bridging wire center on Switched Access Service.

X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

Geographical Codes created after 11/8/95 must be 4 alpha characrers.

Geographical Codes created prior to 11/8/95 were two to four alpha characters. Two or 3 character codes were left justified and the unused (right most) positions were blank filled.
